A Very Brief Interruption From Election Coverage
If you’ve forgotten about my system and this blog, I can’t blame you for that, but the beat goes on. At this point, I’m about as exhausted as anyone else in this country, so I’ll make this edition a quick one. I actually started the week with a lot of games, but as we’ve seen, the virus doesn’t seem to care about college football anymore than it does who the President is, so now I’m down to 8 games. Here they are:
Friday
Boise State +4 at home vs BYU
Saturday
Indiana +3.5 at home vs Michigan
USC -11 at home vs Arizona State
Northwestern -3.5 at home vs Nebraska
Louisiana Lafayette -14.5 at home vs Arkansas State
Illinois +7 at home vs Minnesota
Texas A&M -10 on the road vs South Carolina
Oregon -8 at home vs Stanford
The system was 3-3 last week, still a loser with any juice, but a slight improvement. I wouldn’t read too much into it, even if the losing turns to winning this week, as it’s still a low sample week and I still think the scale is pretty jacked up. That being said, it was fun to look at some numbers without asking myself, “why in the hell is it taking Nevada so long?”
